Mediterranean Diet Month Toolkits for RDs
 
Oldways created National Mediterranean Diet Month to focus attention throughout the month of May on one of the world’s healthiest diets.  To celebrate, there is a collection of resources to use in promoting this healthy, traditional diet. All resources are available free of charge to download and use in feature stories, in blog posts, on websites, in printed handouts, or in publications and promotions.
